As a Creative Designer you will:
- Designs and iterates compelling and strategic design solutions based on creative direction for print, brand, UX/UI initiatives, social media, video, and digital campaigns.
- Attends, observes, and at times plays an active role in brainstorming and idea generation.
- Assists with design research, mood boarding, concepting, exploration, and execution of design concepts.
- Produces creative solutions that are guided by provided strategic creative direction and demonstrates an understanding of the client, brand, end user/customer needs to create impactful and meaningful experiences.
- Communicates and articulates design intentions and decisions clearly and effectively with project team members.
- Continuously improves, innovates, and grows; keeps up with design trends/standards, design programs, and technology.
- Attends and takes notes in customer discovery sessions and presentations.
- Builds and organizes files correctly using appropriate file type, size, structure, fonts, links, image resolution, and naming conventions, and adheres to backup and storage procedures.
- Maintains accountability and time management throughout the design-related phases of projects.
- Actively contributes to the sense of community and culture of ADG by maintaining positive work relationships.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3 plus years of experience with Adobe creative software on the Mac platform and PC
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD (or Sketch), and Acrobat, and MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Have the ability to furnish a portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with leadership and teams.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to assist in the process of and at times produce fully executed high-quality, concise, complex, and error-free work on time.
- Self-starter.
- Good listening, note-taking, and distillation skills.
